CDF Mortgages was set up by Cristian Fortuna to take the headache out of applications, paperwork and lender demands. One adviser, from the first call through to completion, and a straight answer whenever you ask for one.
Cristian Fortuna, CeMAP
Cristian is a CeMAP qualified mortgage and protection adviser working from the Town Hall on Burnley Road in Padiham. He set CDF Mortgages up because too many people were being passed between call handlers and coming away without understanding what they had signed.
The approach has not changed since: understand what someone is actually trying to do, search the market properly, explain the recommendation in plain English, and then handle the application so the client does not have to chase anyone. That is why most new clients arrive through a recommendation from an old one.

How we work

Push you towards the easy option
The lender that is quickest to place is not always the one that is cheapest over the term. You get both figures and the reasoning.
Bolt protection on at the end
Cover gets discussed early, priced honestly, and you are free to take only what you want.
Disappear after the offer
We chase the valuation, deal with the underwriter and keep the solicitor and the agent moving until you complete.
Leave you on a standard variable rate
We come back around six months before your initial rate ends so the next deal is arranged before the expensive one starts.

Padiham, and a long way beyond it.
Cristian is based in Padiham and sees plenty of clients face to face across Burnley, Pendle, Nelson, Colne, Accrington, Clitheroe and the wider Ribble Valley. The rest is handled by phone, video and email, which is why we also act for clients across the UK and for expats buying here from abroad.
